1) BOOKING CONTRACT AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY
This booking contract is governed by Italian law nr. 1084 of 27.12.1977, law decree nr. 111/95 and by the International Convention (CCV) signed in Bruxelles the 25.04.1970 and by the. Our liability is limited in the manner provided for by law. We are insured with "La Previdente Insurance Company" (nr. of insurance 1974600321543) for the company's responsibility and liability.
As the booking contract contains no travel-insurance we recommend our clients the stipulation of a short-term travel-insurance to cover material damages such as cancellation-fees, accidents, luggage-insurance and transport in case of illness.
2) BOOKING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Bookings will be confirmed in conformity with the request received. If the requested service is not available we will offer an alternative. The contract is valid after our written confirmation of the booking and if an advance payment of 30% of the total price plus € 20,00 booking fee (per room/flat) immediately follows our confirmation. The balance must be paid within 30 days before arrival. If you book later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. If you fail to pay the balance we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
3) CHANGES OF BOOKING
If you request us to make changes to your holiday arrangements after we have confirmed them a handling fee of Euro 20,00 will be charged.
4) PRICES
All rates are quoted in EURO. Hotel rates are per person per night, rates for flats and Villas are per flat per week and valid for the number of persons defined in the pricelist, rates for transfers are per person per transfer.
The prices are calculated with rates valid at the moment of print. These could increase or decrease at any times if our suppliers change their prices. If these changes raise the complete price of your booked services by more than 10% you have the right to cancel the contract by written communication within 48 hours after receipt of our message.

5) CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If you cancel the booked services you are entitled to a refund of the paid amount minus the booking and handling fees and minus a cancellation fee expressed in % of the full price of the cancelled service as follows:
A) Hotel stay:
10% if we receive your cancellation at least 30 working days before the start of your holiday; 20% 29 to 15 working days before; 30% 14 to 9 working days before; 50% 8 to 4 working days before; 100% less than 4 working days before.
B) Stay in holiday flats, Villas, apartments:
10% if we receive your cancellation at least 30 working days before the start of your holiday; 25% 29 to 15 working days before; 50% 14 to 9 working days before; 75% 8 to 4 working days before; 100% less than 4 working das before. Saturdays will not be calculated as working days. You are not entitled to any refund if you do not arrive or if you decide to curtail your booked stay, or if you have to cancel the journey due to invalidity or lack of documents.
6) LIABILITY OF OUR SUPPLIERS
Our carriers are liable to accept responsibility towards you according to their terms of carriage only for the time of transport.

7) STRIKE - INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER - RIOTS - CIVIL OR MILITARY STRIFES - NATURAL AND NUCLEAR DISASTERS - WAR - TERRORISM
No compensation payments or refunds will be made where changes or cancellations of services or accommodation are caused by situations of force majeure or by delays or cancellations of flights, land- or sea-transport. As this is not within our control neither we nor our suppliers and sub-contractors can accept liability for them.
8) COMPLAINTS
You should inform us immediately about any complaints. Later claims are not entertained as in this case we do not have the possibility to investigate and rectify the problem.
9) PLEASE NOTICE
If your booked accommodation should not be available on your arrival owing to reasons outside our control we will provide an accommodation of equivalent or better standard. All descriptions of accommodations, rate, times of flights or ships and other information are correct at time of going to press but may vary without further notice.
We cannot be held liable for any print-errors in the price list.
10) JURISDICTION
Exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Court of Naples (Napoli).
