Q. How will I pay for the booking?

A. To cancel the reservation you should contact the hotel-residence booked. If cancellation occurs within the time allowed you have not to pay any cancellation penalty; if you paid a deposit please provide all your data to the hotel-residence booked for reimbursement.
Q. When it becomes binding my reservation?
A. The reservation becomes binding after clicking the button "Book" during the booking process and receive the booking confirmation screen. We suggest you print the confirmation and add it to your travel documents. In addition, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail.
