Procida is undoubtedly the least known but certainly the most genuine and characteristic of the Neapolitan islands, where time seems to have stopped decades ago, making tourists feel a strange and unreal feeling, especially if we consider that is located on the Gulf of Naples.
The island has a lot of charm and an authentic  enchantment, has affected many intellectuals and artists of national and international fame.

Procida is a rare piece of original Mediterranean civilization, survived to the modern world and globalization, which seems to have lost the meaning and the notion of authentic; a piece of land where nature and history have concentrated an immense amount of memory that can be understood in the narrow streets, in doorways of homes and shops or even on the faces of the people.

It is difficult to describe the beauty and authenticity in a few lines, should stroll the streets and alleys to understand the reality of this island but it is certain, in most cases, who visit this island will fall in love at first sight.
