HOW TO GET TO ISCHIA

By Plane
From Naples Capodichino airport there is a bus service called “Alibus” that connects every 30 minutes from the airport to “Piazza Municipio”, located near the Beverello (ferries to the islands).

By Train
The nearest railway stations are the Naples Central Station and the Station of Naples Mergellina both can reach the ports of embarkation for the island by bus, taxi and tram.

By Car
To reach the islands by car (Ischia and Procida) there are 2 possibilities:
1) At the exit of Naples follow the signs for “Tangenziale”, direction Pozzuoli and exit at “Via Campana” (Exit No. 12), then continue following the signs for the port of Pozzuoli.
2) At the exit of Naples follow the signs for the port area of Naples and continue towards to Calata di Massa.
The inputs for Calata di Massa are:
1. Varco Pisacane
2. Varco Bausan (for those with a ferry reservation)

The maritime stations to reach the islands of the Gulf are:

FROM NAPLES
PORTA DI MASSA: Ferries leave from here to reach the islands in the Gulf with the possibility of car and passenger ferries.
MOLO BEVERELLO: hydrofoils leave from here to reach the islands in the Gulf with the possibility of boarding for passengers only.

FROM POZZUOLI
The Islands of Ischia and Procida are reachable from the port of Pozzuoli, where only ferries leave, the port is recommended to be easily reached from the highway, those who reach the Gulf Islands by car.
